TrueNorth’s load-matching engine evaluates and grades matches between broker-posted loads and carrier availability. Matching is based on multi-factor criteria, including location proximity, compliance requirements, historical behavior, stated preferences, and equipment type.

Carriers can "post-a-truck" using a carrier-facing workflow for submitting truck availability. Using Loadie’s parsing and validation capabilities, it extracts key fields—origin, destination, equipment, timing—and transforms raw input into structured, match-ready data. Whether entered via voice or typed form, submissions are normalized and available for broker discovery and automated matching. This speeds up matching and improves visibility of real-time capacity.

TrueNorth’s voice interface processes spoken commands for common broker and carrier workflows. It first filters out background noise, like engine sounds and nearby traffic. The detected audio is then processed by automatic speech recognition to convert free-form speech into accurate text. Loadie interprets the transcribed text, validates key fields, and executes the corresponding workflow. The system supports mixed input modes, allowing users to alternate between voice and text without losing context.
