Carrier Setup Link

System Setup

The carrier onboarding process is done on Highway. Highway is a relatively new compliance solution. Created by a tech-forward team with previous experience at Triumph Pay, Highway is a modern carrier onboarding platform that focuses on the carrier identity.

Highway handles the compliance aspect of carrier onboarding for brokers. Onboarding with Highway may require an invitation code from the broker. Some brokers will have a public facing link that allows for any carrier to sign-up.

Additional Insured

If you have previously done carrier onboarding with another broker using Highway, then your insurance information should be on file already with Highway. Otherwise, you may be requested to add Highway as the additional insured on your carrier's policy as follows:

Highway App, Inc.

5931 Greenville Ave, Unit #5620

Dallas, TX 75206

Certificates should be sent directly to Highway (insurance@certs.highway.com) or uploaded via the Highway app. Most brokers will use the certificate with additional insured from Highway. However, review the carrier onboarding process for any exceptions.
