Carrier Setup Link

Each broker setup has a unique URL. Some will have a public facing URL and others will require a private invitation code in order to access a unique setup link.

System Setup

This carrier onboarding process is done on MyCarrierPackets.

Assure Assist's MyCarrierPackets takes the carrier packet paper online with its digital platform. MyCarrierPackets is a common compliance solution for medium sized freight brokerages. MyCarrierPacket has one universal login for carriers that can be used across all brokers. Each broker's carrier onboarding process will however have its own unique URL. Most MyCarrierPacket onboarding processes are done through an invitation code for the setup that the carrier receives from the broker.

If a carrier has their W9 and insurance on file with MyCarrierPackets, then that same information can be used, along with any other profile information previously inputted across all setups on MyCarrierPackets.

Additional Insured

If you have previously done carrier onboarding with another broker using MyCarrierPackets, then your insurance information should be on file already with MyCarrierPackets. Otherwise, you may be requested to add MyCarrierPackets as the additional insured on your carrier's policy as follows:

Assure Assist, Inc.
543 Country Club Drive, Unit B338
Simi Valley CA 93065

Most brokers will use the certificate with additional insured from MyCarrierPackets. However, review the carrier onboarding process for any exceptions.
